Meet Yasmin
Owner & Director Stylist at The Copper Barn
With over 17 years of experience, Yasmin Saunders is known for her technical precision, expert colour work and calm, considered approach to client care.
Yasmin began her career at The Bodybarn in Stockbridge, building a strong foundation in cutting and colouring before travelling to Australia, where she gained confidence, creativity and a deeper love for working with people.
On returning to the UK, she became Salon Manager at JAS in Salisbury, developing her leadership skills while continuing to grow professionally. After welcoming her daughter in 2018, Yasmin chose to continue her career closer to home.
From 2019 to 2025, she worked at Misho Hair Studio in Stockbridge, progressing to expert level. With 15 years of experience working with Aveda, Yasmin has completed extensive training at Aveda’s London headquarters and achieved the prestigious Aveda Colour Master title in 2024.
Having grown up and attended school in Stockbridge, opening her own salon felt like a natural next step.
The Copper Barn is Yasmin’s vision brought to life, an exclusive Aveda salon where healthy, beautifully considered hair always comes first. Located within a private business park in Nether Wallop, the salon offers a quiet setting with free parking, allowing every guest to feel relaxed and well cared for.
